AAT Advanced Accounting (Blended Learning)

Is the Course for me?

The qualification is aimed at learners who work or want to work as a Accounting Technicians and already possess a knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping at Level 2.

Our Online & On Campus approach enables students to benefit from both face-to-face teaching at the Learning Unlimited campus and online lessons available on demand. This approach offers a truly flexible study experience.
In addition to attending face-to-face classes weekly, students will be expected to undertake between 8 and 10 hours of additional study out of college.

It is ideally suited for someone who has completed the Level 2 Foundation Certificate, someone who perhaps works in an accounts department at an intermediate level and wants to develop their accounting skills or someone who is looking to change their career. It is also an excellent A Level alternative. Units covered:

AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting – Level 4
Progressing to the Level 4 Diploma (Professional) really extends your job prospects and earning potential. Completing the AAT pathway is approximately equivalent to the first year of an honours degree and allows you to use the letters MAAT after your name and to go on to study with British Chartered Accountancy bodies such as the ACCA. AAT is the only professional qualification that allows progression to Chartered status from entry level.
